DAY 38: 171 lbs.
Although glad to see the scale back down, I am really disappointed about this yo-yo thing. I should be further down. Well, I think I was really subconsciously down about this more than I realized, was tired of the diet and a bit discouraged. We had some friends over tonight and I cheated. Can't believe I'm saying it, but I did. I had some of my homemade, organic mac 'n' cheese that I made for everyone, more than my 100 gram portion of chicken from the grill and two oatmeal raisin chocolate cookies. Oh, and 3 or 4 chips w/ cheese dip on them. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in myself. This close to the end and had to cheat like that. All I can do is repent (which means changing your mind), get back up and finish this thing out. I really had high hopes of my goal of 157 pounds and I think I just knew there was no way it was going to happen with only 2 days left, so I threw in the towel early.
