LOAD DAY 1 (ROUND 2): 180.8 lbs.
Needless to say, I was shocked to see this # on the scale after finishing round 3. Don't know how this much came back on, but in the process of researching about the carbs/starch thing. When I incorporated these back in during "regular eating," the pounds began to come back on. Swelling and tightness in my ankles again too!
