Whaaat the heck? Don't have a CLUE what's going on! Taking a full ml. this morning of HCG. Was diligent yesterday to get all my water in and did a 20 minute power walk with high knees in the Publix parking lot in the rain! Not happy about this weight gain...

HCG is NOT harmful if taken correctly-just like a fire in a fireplace is beautiful but that same fire in your living room will burn your house down! I and many others I have helped have found tremendous, SAFE, long lasting results with HCG. I also help people do it the "old fashioned way" every day-good nutrition and exercise.
