DAY 12: 182lbs.
4 pounds down! 4!!!!!!!!!!!! I was astounded when I weighed this morning. I keep wondering if it had anything to do with the slightly increased dosage but particularly that I taught my spin class last night and did those wall push ups and sit ups. Since I began the diet, I haven't done that strenuous of a workout until last night. I am going to keep doing it! So totally excited but really tired. Goodnight.
